Naji has successfully guided numerous individuals, companies, and organizations toward achieving high levels of success through his specialized productivity techniques. Apart from his role at Necessary Results, Naji is the Owner/CEO of 1st Advantage Real Estate Services, LLC, and the Chairman of The Rashid Group, L.L.C. His extensive background includes previous ownership of RE/MAX 1st Advantage Realty, Inc., with offices in Baltimore and Harford counties. Beyond his professional pursuits, Naji is deeply involved in various community initiatives. He serves as the past Chairman of the Advisory Board and an Acquisition Rehab Committee member for Neighborhood Housing Services of Baltimore, Inc. He is a Board of Directors and Executive Committee member at the Country Club of Maryland and was previously Chairman of the Membership Committee. My Journey to necessary results
After aiding over one thousand five hundred individuals in buying or selling homes through my real estate ventures, including my role as Owner/CEO of 1st Advantage Real Estate Services, LLC, and Chairman of The Rashid Group, L.L.C., I realized many felt trapped in unsatisfying jobs despite having great business ideas. This revelation sparked the creation of Necessary Results, where I could lend my expertise to help others realize their entrepreneurial dreams.
Community commitment

As an educator and advocate for economic empowerment, Naji has presented entrepreneurial classes at the Community College of Baltimore County, fostering a spirit of self-reliance and business acumen among students. Additionally, he teaches homeownership classes for several key organizations, including Neighborhood Housing Services of Baltimore, Operation Hope, and Harbel Housing Partnership. Through these courses, he equips individuals with the knowledge necessary to navigate the complexities of buying a home, thereby promoting financial literacy and stability within the community.
